The Data We Architect
Our data collection mirrors the gameplay loop: minimal input, maximum contextual understanding. We don't harvest data for speculation; we gather it to refine the creative and technical processes for your game project. The data we process falls into three distinct categories, each with its own retention protocol and access tier.
Category 1: Project Communication
- • What: Emails, brief documents, asset feedback, and scope discussions. Stored to maintain project continuity and audit trails.
- • Why: Essential for executing contractual obligations and delivering the agreed-upon project scope.
- • Retention: 7 years post-project completion (per Turkish commercial law requirements).
Category 2: Technical & Financial
- • What: Invoices, payment details, tax identifiers, and technical specifications of your project.
- • Why: Mandatory for legal compliance, financial record-keeping, and meeting technical deliverable requirements.
- • Retention: 10 years for financial records, 3 years for non-essential technical specs.

• Our cost is in security: We invest in secure storage, access controls, and legal compliance—not in building audience segments to sell.
• Your control is absolute: You can request a full data export or deletion at any time via your project manager. The process is manual and verified.

Security Implementation
Encryption
AES-256 for data at rest. TLS 1.3 for data in transit. All API endpoints require client certificates.
Access Control
Role-based permissions (RBAC). Only project-lead developers and assigned directors have access to raw data.
Data Residency
Primary servers in Frankfurt (AWS). Secondary backups in Istanbul. No processing or transfer outside EU/Turkey.
Audit Logs
Every read/write event is logged with timestamp and actor. Logs are immutable and retained for 1 year.
